私が行ってみて強く思ったのは、「お多福（おたふく）」は“味”だけじゃなくて“体験”まで含めて推せるお店だということ。ふわっと軽いのに中がとろっとしていて、ソースの香りと出汁の効いた生地が口の中でほどける感じ。マヨネーズをたっぷりかけても重くならず、どこか懐かしいのにちゃんと今っぽくおいしい…っていう不思議な満足感がありました。 あと、ワンオペ営業だからこそ「予約して行く（または電話注文する）」のがいちばん安心です。1枚ずつ丁寧に焼いていて、目安で1枚15分ほど。特にオープン直後やお昼どきは待ち時間が読みづらいので、受け取り時間を決めて先に連絡しておくとスムーズでした。電話で伝えるときは、①日付②時間③商品④名前⑤電話番号の順にまとめておくとやり取りが早いです。DM予約もOKですが、翌日以降の注文対応なので「今日食べたい！」日は電話が確実だと感じました。 PayPayの20%還元（8/1〜8/31）がある月は、550円が実質440円になるのもかなり嬉しいポイント。お好み焼きも焼きそばも同じ価格帯なので、「迷ったら両方」でも罪悪感が少なめでした。さらに予約特典で卵Mサイズ1パックがもらえる企画もあるので、条件や先着数は事前に確認しておくのがおすすめです。 初めて行く人向けの注意点も少し。駐車場はお店前に3台あるけど道が狭めなので、運転に不安がある人は混む時間帯を避けるか、受け取り時間を短くしてサッと停めてサッと受け取るのが安心でした。テイクアウトは「出来上がり時間に合わせて焼いてくれる」タイプなので、到着が遅れそうなときは早めに連絡するとお互い気持ちよく受け取れます。 お店の空気感もすごくあたたかくて、将来的に子ども食堂やたません、懐かしいコロッケもやりたいって話してくれたのが印象的でした。もし「お多福」「おたふく」「お多福お好み焼き」で探している人がいたら、岐阜のこのお店は一度チェックしてほしいです。ふわとろ好き、懐かしい味が好きな人はきっとハマります。
