私も実際に夜カフェ個室ダイニングバーFYN栄店へ訪れたことがありますが、ここでの飲めるチキンのインパクトは本当に忘れられません。 外はカリッとした衣がしっかりと存在感を示し、中は驚くほどジューシーで、噛むたびに旨みと肉汁が口の中 に広がっていきます。プリンクルソースは濃厚なチーズの風味とヨーグルトのさっぱりとした酸味が絶妙に融合し、飽きることなく箸が進みます。 また、かぼちゃのポテトサラダもただのサラダではなく、自家製のかぼちゃペーストの優しい甘みと、焦がしカラメルナッツのカリカリ感が絶妙なアクセントになっています。ナッツの香ばしさが加わることで食感の変化が楽しめ、思わず感動する味わいです。 個人的に印象的だったのは、スタッフの方々の接客態度が非常に丁寧で親切だった点です。ゆったりとした空間づくりもあいまって、友人との二次会がとてもリラックスできる時間となりました。 さらに、デザートのバースデーケーキには新鮮なシャインマスカットと可愛らしいエディブルフラワーがあしらわれており、見た目の華やかさにもこだわりを感じました。ふわふわのスポンジとフルーツの爽やかさがマッチし、最後まで満足感が続きました。 愛知グルメの中でも少し変わり種のメニューを楽しみたい方や、心地よいサービスと空間を求める方にはぜひおすすめしたいお店です。私もまたリピートしたいと思える、忘れがたい素敵なお店でした。
