You can also find other exciting excursions like zip-lining through the rainforest, bobsledding at Mystic Mountain, or even swimming with dolphins. There’s truly something for every type of traveler looking for an authentic Jamaican adventure. For anyone planning their own trip to Ocho Rios, I have a few practical tips. Always carry cash for small purchases and tips. Sunscreen, a hat, and insect repellent are your best friends. If you're going to Dunn's River Falls, wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a waterproof phone case or a small dry bag for your essentials. Many tours include transportation, which makes getting around super easy, especially if you're staying at one of the beautiful resorts in the area.
