渋谷で話題の「マッスルマート」は、普段のコンビニとは一味違う筋肉盛りだくさんの体験ができる斬新なイベントでした。私も参加しましたが、マッチョな店員さんたちの元気な掛け声に圧倒されつつ、プロテイン飲料や筋肉パンの無料配布に感激！特に楽しかったのが“マッスルATM”で、自分の運動レベルに合わせた必要なたんぱく質量を測ってもらえたことです。体を動かしている人だけでなく、健康志向の方にもおすすめしたい企画ですね。 写真撮影スペースもあり、友達同士で訪れて盛り上がりました。マッチョ店員さんと一緒に記念撮影できるという非日常感は、他では味わえません。スキムミルク入り商品を使った健康アピールもあり、美味しくタンパク質を摂取しながら楽しく学べる時間でした。整理券はすぐに無くなるので、早めの来場がマストです。次回開催があればまたぜひ足を運びたいと思います。普段の買い物とは違う刺激が欲しい方、筋肉や健康に興味がある方にはピッタリのイベントです。
