私も実際に掃除が楽になる家づくりを経験してみて、特に感じたのは「掃除の手間が減ると生活の質が格段に上がる」ということです。 例えば、お風呂のエプロンが外れない浴槽や鏡・カウンターをなくしたことで、ぬめりや水垢、カビ掃除の頻度が大きく減りました。これにより、重い掃除道具を頻繁に使わずに済み、家族全員がバスルームを気持ちよく使えています。 また、キッチンにIHコンロを選び、水栓をシンクの外側に設置したことで、水垢や油汚れがたまりにくくなりました。ガスコンロに比べて火力調整が簡単という利点もあり掃除だけでなく料理が快適に。 洗面台もボウル一体型と壁付け水栓にすることで、つなぎ目の汚れが減り、掃除のストレスが軽減。洗面周りは毎日使う場所だからこそ、簡単にお手入れできる設計が重要です。 さらに、ランドリールームの排水口位置を工夫して掃除しやすくしたり、トイレはつなぎ目のない一体型にしたり、ドアはレールのない上吊りタイプにすることで、掃除の手間が激減しました。特に引き戸のレール掃除不要は思わぬ快適さです。 これらの採用ポイントは多くの住まい手に参考になるはずです。家づくりは長い時間を過ごす場所だからこそ、掃除のしやすさを意識した設計は日々のストレスを大きく減らし、家族の健康や快適な暮らしに直結します。私の経験をもとに、ぜひ皆さんも自分に合った掃除しやすい家づくりを考えてみてください。 毎日の掃除がまだ楽になっていないと感じる方には、今回紹介した ポイントを取り入れることで、掃除時間の短縮だけでなく生活全体の質が向上することを実感してほしいです。
