✨Thanksgiving ‘24✨
A few pictures from part of today.
Thanksgiving went well today, first time I was designated the one in charge.
I had brainstormed what I was going to do, so I knew I had all the ingredients and recipes etc.,
although I was a little bit more concerned about getting everything done on time and being able to follow through with everything until completion 😅
My guy was in the kitchen helping me, cleaning things and chopping things up, everything worked out!
I really liked these dinner rolls I made following a recipe from a YouTube video….
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cup of almond flour
¼ cup of cream cheese
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
mix all ingredients,
Roll into balls &
Place on baking sheet/ parchment paper greased with olive oil
Bake
350f - 25 minutes

I was impressed with these cause I wasn’t sure what the almond flour was going to taste like..I thought they were great!!

I was also happy I had gotten cheese and crackers and olives and fruits cause earlier in the day when my guy and I were in the kitchen and preparing everything and he said he needed something to eat, cause he was hungry , we actually had something to snack on, and some good choices to! He was happy, I was happy,,, it was good 🤗
Hope you all enjoyed your day too!
