Cater to YOU
Today I am serving myself, I am catering to me, I am caring for me, and I am showing myself the love I show to others. I feel like as a mom unless I’m feeding a tribe I forget to feed myself and without pouring into you then what good are you pouring into others because at some point, your water bucket will go empty if you’re not filling it as much as you’re emptying it, even if you have others who care for you and pour into you, you need to also do for yourself as you do for others and not feel guilty for it.
In the hustle of daily life, especially for moms, it's easy to neglect self-care. This article emphasizes the vital practice of catering to one's own needs. Self-care isn't selfish; it's essential for maintaining the balance needed to care for others effectively. Here are some practical tips: 1.
