i just bought the new valentino lip plumper so you don’t have to. this is the valentino puffer complex lip plumping gloss in shade dazzling mermaid. it retails for $38.
i hate to say it, but i really like it. it gives an amazing plumping effect. in the picture i made sure not to use any lip liner so you can see the full effect of the gloss. the shade is so pretty, it’s a holographic shimmer and i feel like it will go with anything.
although this is on the more expensive side, i would def buy this again. the packaging is so cute too. if you want to try this, i’d recommend getting it at the sephora sale you can get a discount or ask for it for a gift!
