FLOSS FIRST 😁 I try not to use the toothpaste as much as possible because I HATE using anything with fluoride‼️ (maybe use every 2 weeks) This toothpaste helps with the whitening after I’m done oil pulling with the coconut oil. The clove powder is basically my toothpaste 🤷🏽♀️ You can find any of these at your local Walmart or Target.
