Loving these latetly

My Favorite healthy habbits lately:

1. Healthy Foods or Whole foods have been my number one goal for this year. To replenish my body has been my pursuit.

2. Exercise: I just changed my routine and I am obsessed with the new skills and physical endurance I am developing.

3. Hydrating: Has been a though one for me I am trying to drink as much as possible (especially on my shifts) but sometimes is just hard. So this has been my favorite lately I was able to figure out a way to stay hydrated more.

4. Reading: I love reading but the before the year ended 2025 I only read 3 books of the 5 I wanted to read. So this year I have goals that are more realistic with my lifestyle.

5. Self Care: I mean I have improved tremendously on how to optimize my self care which I am exited about!.

... Read moreOver the past few months, I've found that small, consistent changes have the biggest impact on my overall well-being. Inspired by concepts from James Clear's Atomic Habits, I've taken a simple yet effective approach to building these positive routines. Eating whole foods has been a priority because it replenishes my body with essential nutrients. I've learned to focus more on fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, and lean proteins, and to avoid processed foods when possible. This shift not only improved my energy levels but also boosted my mood throughout the day. Exercise has been a refreshing change as I've incorporated new skills and challenges, which keeps me motivated and helps improve my physical endurance. Switching up routines when fitness plateaus was key for me—it’s not just about working harder, but smarter. Hydration was initially a struggle, especially during long shifts, but I found that setting reminders and carrying a water bottle helped me stay on track. Drinking enough water improves cognitive function and reduces fatigue, so it’s definitely worth the effort. When it comes to reading, adjusting my expectations to align with my lifestyle made a big difference. Instead of forcing myself to meet unrealistic goals, I now pick books I genuinely enjoy or that add value to my personal growth, which keeps me engaged. Finally, optimizing self-care practices has been crucial. I focus on simple routines like consistent sleep schedules, mindfulness, and treating myself kindly. These habits have created a healthy balance in my life that keeps me excited about my progress. These habit changes have become foundational for a stronger, healthier version of me that I’m excited to keep building on.
