Ground Beef Easy Dinner 🍽️ #easydinnerideas
Here’s another easy dinner for you guys. It’s ground beef, mashed potatoes, corn, and green beans. So what I did was I brown some ground meat in a pan with seasonings I like to use salt garlic salt, pepper, tomato, bouillon, paprika, and beef bouillon after that’s brown with the grease, that’s in there add some flour to thicken and then add some milk until you have a nice thick gravy. I also put a can of corn and a can of green beans in a pot with butter, salt and pepper. Let that come to a boil. After the potatoes are all boiled I put them in a pan and I use a blender to make mashed potatoes. I also seasoned that with salt, pepper, chicken, bouillon, and garlic salt and there you have it!
I’ve always found that using ground beef makes dinner preparation both quick and satisfying. One of my favorite ways to enhance the dish is by creating a rich gravy using the pan drippings, flour, and milk—this really adds depth and moisture to the meat. When making mashed potatoes, boiling them until tender and then using a blender or mixer can save a lot of time and effort, while still achieving that fluffy texture. Seasoning with garlic salt, chicken bouillon, and a touch of pepper helps elevate the simple potatoes. For the vegetables, using canned corn and green beans speeds up the process, but adding butter, salt, and pepper and bringing them to a gentle boil infuses them with richer flavor. This combination of creamy potatoes and savory gravy with buttery vegetables always turns out to be a comforting and well-rounded meal. Plus, it’s easy to adjust the seasoning to your taste or add your favorite herbs like parsley or thyme for an extra layer of flavor. In my experience, this meal is also very kid-friendly—most kids enjoy the creamy texture of the mashed potatoes and the mild sweetness of the corn. To keep cleanup minimal after a busy day, sometimes I use paper plates, which makes enjoying a stress-free dinner even easier. Overall, it’s a great recipe to rely on when you want a satisfying home-cooked dinner without spending hours in the kitchen.
