Working in the healthcare sector, especially as a nurse, often involves facing enormous stress and challenging work conditions. From my own experience, I can say that the atmosphere can sometimes become so tense that it affects not only our mental health but also our ability to provide quality care. Nurses frequently encounter threats or intimidation, as highlighted by the question posed in the image text, "How can one work under threats in broad daylight?" This kind of environment is not sustainable and calls for immediate attention from health authorities and government bodies. It's important that the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders listen to these concerns seriously and take steps to ensure safe and supportive workplaces. Even though nurses are trained to be compassionate and resilient, they need adequate support systems to protect their well-being. Moreover, fostering a culture of respect and timely response, as the image suggests, "Think on time," is essential. It means recognizing and acting promptly to solve the issues nurses face before they escalate. Nurses are the backbone of healthcare, and their safety and morale directly impact patient care. By standing together and raising awareness—through interviews, community conversations, and social campaigns—we can push for improvements. Supporting nurses not only improves their working conditions but also strengthens the entire healthcare system. I encourage fellow healthcare workers and the public to advocate for policies that protect and empower nurses in their vital roles.
