Texas Roadhouse Rolls & Cinnamon Butter Recipe

🫓Rolls🫓

1 1/4 cup warm milk

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

🔸️Combine in bowl and let sit for 5 minutes or until foamy.

🔸️Add to milk and yeast mixture:

1/4 cup melted butter

1 room temperature egg

1 teaspoon salt

3 1/2 cups bread flour

🔸️Mix until shaggy dough forms. Transfer to clean surface and knead for about 5 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Set dough aside and allow to rise for about an hour.

🔸️Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

🔸️After dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangular shape that is approximately 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into rolls of your desired size.

🔸️Place rolls onto a buttered/greased baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 12 minutes.

🔸️Once rolls are done baking brush them with melted butter while still hot.

2 stick or 8 ounces of salted butter

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup of honey

2 teaspoos of cinnamon
