Tired of full on accidents as a Mom?

I’ve always been pretty transparent, but I never thought I’d be THIS transparent. I mean, I have stories of the full on surprise gush.

For years I just thought it was “normal” for moms and we all just “dealt with it”. It wasn’t until I learned that this is in fact NOT normal AND it’s FIXABLE that I realized it’s time to figure it out.

Sharing as I learn so you can join this journey with me because friends don’t let friends pee themselves.

🚽 Love “drop the toilet”!!! I was the same way as as you get older, it gets worse. You have a couple is options but need to see a Dr. I personally take a medication and also had a mesh lit in to hold the bladder up. No leaking or accidents for years now.
