For the muffins:
1 1/2 cups Flour (190g)
3/4 cup brown sugar (150g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (55g)
1/2 cup milk (120g)
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the streusel topping:
2 tablespoons flour (15g)
2 tablespoons brown sugar (25g)
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed (55g)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
For the streusel topping:
combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter in a bowl.
Use your fingers or a pastry blender to work the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
Stir in (optional options like fruit or nuts) and cinnamon.
6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
7. Top each muffin with a spoonful of streusel topping.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
