It really puts into perspective the essentials for survival and helps prioritize what to focus on during emergencies.
One personal experience involved a high-altitude trek where oxygen levels were significantly lower. The feeling of breathlessness reminded me how quickly the body reacts when oxygen is limited. I was taught that brain cells begin to die within minutes of lack of oxygen, making those first three minutes critical.
