i love you so much Sā¤ļøšŸ˜šŸ˜˜

... Read moreIn my experience, expressing love goes beyond the simple words "I love you." It’s about recognizing and appreciating the little things your partner does that make your life better. When you acknowledge these efforts, it deepens the connection and makes both partners feel valued. For example, saying something like "I love my girl for the things she does and how much she does for me" shows that your love is grounded in appreciation, not just emotion. Sharing such sentiments helps create a nurturing environment where love can truly flourish. I’ve found that openly communicating affection and gratitude regularly helps maintain a strong bond. It might be as simple as acknowledging her support during tough times or celebrating everyday moments together. Additionally, showing love with small gestures such as thoughtful notes, quality time, or surprises can reinforce your feelings. Remember, the key is sincerity — truly loving someone "with all your heart" means being present for them and expressing those feelings consistently. This approach, inspired by personal experience and genuine emotions, is what strengthens relationships and makes love grow over time.

How much money should you have saved?
They always say to save 3-6 months, but what does that even mean? When we’re trying to figure out how much money we should save, we need to dive deeper than just an ā€œX amount sounds niceā€ or just do 3-6 months. My mental health became so much better when...
I went to the gym! My day begins between 5:30 and 5:45am. Like, Seriously a major difference. Once I put God and myself first, that's when I stated to see a change. As a mom, I wake up earlier than my child but I find that works best for me. #MentalHealth #mentalhealthjourney
