We all have negative thoughts at some point. Learning to control those thoughts by fighting them from taking control of your life in the moment. I am not saying it is easy to do, but with practice, you. Tony Robbins teaches, “Change Your State!” When you can you will be in control of all your thoughts. That is certainly something to look forward to achieving.
