Why do they call “The Sabbath” the day of rest, when so many people have to work on “The Sabbath”? Somehow I doubt it’s by choice. Growing up, “The Sabbath”, aka Sunday and holidays for most people in the USA, the only open businesses that were open, were bakeries, restaurants, and gas stations. The bakeries were usually closed by 1 pm. Hmm, do you think greed had anything to do with the change?
