Life Thoughts, Wednesday - 7-23-25
Hi. Welcome to Life Thoughts.
I have never been a fan of the Republican Party. My parents were registered Democrats. I am an Independent with liberal leanings. I believe that our government must be fiscally responsible everyone is entitled to due process, and the letter of the law applies to everyone. The Supreme Court’s job is to interpret what the Constitution says about whatever case is before them, not for the benefit of the president. The people selected for the President’s Cabinet should be the best of the best to work for the benefit of the country, not the president. Many changes must be made to reestablish trust in our government. The first of which is the Impeachment of 47, the VP, and everyone that 47 brought into his cabal for his benefit alone. If all of that makes me a leftist, so be it!
As always, be nice, be safe, and laugh a lot!
Talk tomorrow.
If you find value in my videos or even if they just make you laugh or think, please share them. I want to reach as many people as I can. Thank you for watching.

This article presents a candid reflection on personal political alignment and concerns about government accountability, emphasizing the importance of fiscal responsibility, due process, and the impartiality of the Supreme Court. The author identifies as an Independent with liberal leanings, distancing themselves from strict party affiliations and expressing a desire for honest governance. Understanding political perspectives requires recognizing the diversity of individual experiences and values. Many Americans share a desire for a government that serves the broader public interest rather than individual political agendas. Fiscal responsibility involves managing government funds prudently to ensure sustainable economic policies that can support social programs and infrastructure without excessive debt. Due process is a cornerstone of democratic law, ensuring that every person receives fair treatment under the law and that legal proceedings are conducted impartially. The role of the Supreme Court is critical in interpreting constitutional matters fairly, without political bias, thus maintaining the rule of law and protecting democratic principles. Discussion of impeachment and political accountability reflects ongoing debates in American politics about the limits of executive power and the mechanisms for addressing abuses of power. Trust in government can be rebuilt through transparency, integrity in public office, and commitment to ethical leadership. The article also highlights the cultural aspect of political discourse — encouraging kindness, safety, and humor — pointing to the emotional and social dimensions that underpin civic engagement and community dialogue. Readers interested in political philosophy, civic responsibility, and current affairs may find this reflection a valuable springboard for their own thoughts about how to create a good life through informed, respectful civic participation. It underscores the need for ongoing reflection on political beliefs and the importance of sharing perspectives to foster mutual understanding and societal progress.
