TOMORROW AND YESTERDAY

Welcome to Life Thoughts Coaching!

When do you LIVE? Is it tomorrow, yesterday?

It’s ok if you do, that is momentarily. The only “WHEN” you can live and move forward in your life is in the PRESENT. You already know that you cannot accomplish anything in the past or the future. It MUST be done today!

I have your back!

As always, be nice, be safe, and laugh a lot.

Thank you for sharing my videos and helping to reach and hopefully add more value to more people!

While it is natural for people to reflect on the past or worry about the future, these thoughts often pull us away from the only time we truly have control over: the present. When you shift your mindset to focus on what you can do today, you open the door to genuine progress and fulfillment. Many life coaches emphasize the concept that 'tomorrow and yesterday' are not tangible places to accomplish goals; rather, they are moments of time that exist only in our minds. The past holds memories and lessons, but it cannot be changed, and the future is uncertain. Acting on your plans and dreams today ensures that you are moving forward intentionally. A helpful practice is mindfulness, which encourages you to anchor your awareness in the current moment. This allows you to fully engage with your tasks, appreciate your surroundings, and connect with others in an authentic way. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and increase overall well-being. Incorporating positive habits such as laughter and kindness into your daily routine can further enhance your present moment experience. These small actions create a ripple effect of joy and safety in your environment, benefiting both yourself and those around you. Remember, life coaching is about support and encouragement. Having someone to remind you that 'I have your back' can empower you to face challenges with confidence. Sharing inspirational content like this can help build a community focused on creating a good life, being grateful, and practicing gratitude every day.
