From Painted Tile to Real Tile — Never Again 😅

I originally painted and stenciled this bathroom tile years ago as a quick DIY fix… but it was finally time for a real upgrade! I removed every tile by hand, added an uncoupling membrane, and installed hexagon tile (which was definitely a challenge for a beginner!). Let’s just say I’ll never remove
