INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
• EBTB seasoning (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
• add ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
• sprinkle flour on flat surface and place dough on it then divide into four parts. shape them into bagels.
(note: if dough is too sticky, add more flour.)
• place bagels on baking sheet and brush the tops with egg wash then sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on them.
• bake at 375° for 24-28 minutes.
