1 package Nutter Butter cookies

12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts

1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

40–60 mini chocolate chips (for eyes and mouths)

Instructions

Melt the chocolate: Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth and glossy. (Pro tip: add a teaspoon of coconut oil for an extra-smooth coating.)

Dip the cookies: Hold each cookie by one end and dip it into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to help coat it evenly.

Make the faces: While the coating is still soft, press on two mini chocolate chips for eyes and one for the mouth.
