It was never about hate to me but it was for you..

5/19 Edited to

... Read moreMaking tough decisions to protect our loved ones, especially family, is never easy. From my own experience, I can say that such choices are often misunderstood by outsiders as acts of rejection or hate, but in reality, they stem from a deep need to safeguard our peace and well-being. Cutting ties with someone is not a decision made lightly, but when faced with constant lies, disrespect, or emotional harm, it becomes necessary to choose boundaries. What helped me most was recognizing that protecting my mental health and my child’s future was more important than seeking approval or validation. Over time, that internal clarity becomes undeniable—the truth shows itself in undeniable ways, moments where the pain or toxicity can no longer be ignored. This process allowed me to embrace the power of "protective love," which means prioritizing safety and peace over forced relationships. I’ve learned that standing firm on these decisions, even when they are lonely or misunderstood, strengthens one’s resilience and self-respect. Additionally, openly sharing such experiences can be a source of connection for others facing similar crossroads. Remember, setting boundaries is not about hate; it’s about love in its most protective and nurturing form.

Do you REALLY hate working? Or is THIS the reason?
Sometimes, it’s not that you hate working, it’s that you might not like your job, have external factors that prevent you from enjoying your work, or even that you’re just not where you want to be in your career. For me, ever since graduating college I’ve struggled with the idea of working, not b

You don’t just wake up one day and decide to love yourself. It’s a choice you make over and over again, even when it feels impossible. Even when the voices in your head try to convince you otherwise. I spent years believing that hating my body would somehow make me better, more lovable, more wor
