On 8/1 I finished Dear Roomie, which I had started on the 31st of July. It is the book the book club I’m apart of picked and I always wait until the last weekend before to read my book club book so it’s fresh in my head for discussions. I thought it was a great book! I’m a sucker for a happy ending and who doesn’t love a hockey romance these days 🤷♀️
Then in the evening I started Between Two Kings. I’ve been putting off starting it because one of my girl friends ruined the ending but I have a compelling need to finish any series I start. I started it during a shift at work because it was slow. And around 12:30 am I stoped reading at page 184. So far it’s not bad but I do still find Tem a whinny character.
So here I am for the first 2 days of August and I’ve read 490 pages! Follow along to see if I actually make it 😂
