Air Fried Hasselback Potatoes! It also has a really good dill sauce.
Make sure you use a small 6 oz. russet Potato and cut the potato into 1/8 inch slices, making sure to not cut all the way through!
Make sure you preheat the Air Fryer to 350 and spray the potato with cooking spray. Cook for 20 minutes, open the air fryer, spray the potato with more cooking spray and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Pop it back into the air fryer for 20 more minutes till it’s tender and golden brown.
While it’s cooking, mix together nonfat Greek yogurt, light Mayo, water, salt, pepper and dried dill!
This was so good! I totally recommend it!
