Sékou & Bria tied the knot on the water in the beautiful city of Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing, aboard the iconic Moshulu

A breathtaking union of cultures, family, and deep-rooted love. From honoring those who shaped them, to heartfelt vows and emotional speeches, every moment carried meaning.

Their celebration was beautifully elevated by the sounds of West Africa, with live music from @cissokhoyouba, a 72nd-generation kora player from Senegal, and @maneanssu, a master drummer from Guinea.

Having attended various cultural weddings myself, I can truly appreciate how Bria and Sékou's wedding beautifully blended tradition with a unique setting.
