This one right here… not your average baked potato.

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and loaded ALL the way up with buttery seafood goodness. I kept it simple but flavorful; because the seafood is the star.

What’s on it:

• Jumbo baked potato

• Butter

• Seasoned shrimp & crab; fresh peppers, fresh garlic (sautéed)

• Garlic butter, seafood boil

• mozzarella & Velvetta cheese (melted just right)

• Sprinkle of parsley & red pepper flakes

Quick tip: Don’t skip rubbing your potato with oil + salt before baking; that crispy skin makes a difference!
