Vanilla Cake Recipe 🍰✨
Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 5 large eggs
• 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp butter vanilla emulsion (optional)
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare cake pans.
• In a bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
• In a separate bowl, cream butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy.
• Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
• Mix in vanilla extract and butter vanilla emulsion.
• Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until combined.
• Fold in sour cream until smooth.
