Wow, just saw the ROKVOLUTION NEWS and I'm buzzing with excitement! The announcement about 'LIGHTNING RACERS' coming to Disney+ and Disney Jr. in 2027 is absolutely fantastic. As a huge fan of the Cars universe, hearing that Lightning McQueen and Mater are racing back for a brand new animated series just made my day! It's so cool that Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy are returning to voice our beloved characters; their voices are Lightning and Mater, and it just wouldn't be the same without them. I've been wondering what's next for the Radiator Springs crew, and this 'LIGHTNING RACERS' series sounds like exactly what we needed. I'm hoping to see all the familiar faces – Sally, Doc Hudson (in flashbacks, maybe?), Luigi, Guido, Ramone, Flo, Sheriff, Fillmore, and Sarge. It would be amazing to see how the town has evolved and what new challenges and adventures await our favorite cars. Will there be new crew members joining the race? It's a perfect synergy that could bring even more life to the Cars universe across all platforms. The thought of getting to race as a 'LIGHTNING RACERS' version of McQueen in Speedstorm is just too cool. What kind of stories do you think 'LIGHTNING RACERS' will tell? Given it's on Disney Jr., it might lean towards a slightly younger audience, but I'm confident it will still have that heartwarming Cars charm and humor that appeals to everyone. I'm picturing fun, high-speed adventures, life lessons, and plenty of witty banter between Lightning and Mater. The fact that it's coming to Disney+ means easy access for binge-watching, which is always a plus! I've already marked 2027 on my calendar (mentally, at least!). It’s going to be a long wait, but I'm sure it will be worth it to see our favorite racing duo back in action on DISNEY again.
