OOTD 01.09.2025
It’s snowed in Dallas! I wasn’t sure if I had to head in to work but I did. An hour later the studio decided to close up and I grabbed some breakfast before heading home to rest. Fortunately for me, I had an easy drive back and forth even though Texas drivers are terrible during times of snow and ice 😅

Winter fashion can be challenging, especially when dealing with unpredictable weather like snow and ice. In Dallas, snow might be a rarity, but it brings a unique opportunity to showcase cozy and fashionable outfits. For your next snowy day, consider layering practical yet chic pieces. Start with a solid base, such as a lightweight but warm top from Equipment, paired with a stylish Free People sweater. The key to staying fashionable while keeping warm is to choose versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched effortlessly. Jeans are often a go-to in colder weather, and Levi’s provides the durability and style you need to navigate slippery conditions. Don’t forget to accessorize with a pair of chic boots like those from Bottega Veneta, which can elevate the look while keeping your feet warm and dry. A thrifted leather jacket can add an extra layer of warmth without sacrificing style, making it the perfect addition to your winter ensemble. Remember to consider your surroundings when putting together your outfit. For instance, if you're heading out in Dallas, be prepared for the unpredictable driving conditions that can arise from sudden snowfalls. Staying safe is as crucial as staying stylish, so ensure your footwear is suitable for both fashion and function. Lastly, embrace the snow by taking fun photos in your outfit, and don't forget to share your looks with the hashtag #OOTD to inspire others in their winter wardrobe journeys.
