Starting a new chapter in my career journey brings a mix of excitement and motivation. Joining Coldwell Banker Tomlinson as the Managing Broker for the Tri-Cities area, I am eager to collaborate with fellow agents and leaders who share the goal of elevating the real estate profession. With more than 15 years in real estate leadership and a background as a Managing and Designated Broker since 2010, I’ve witnessed the challenges and opportunities agents face daily. One of the most rewarding aspects of this role is the chance to mentor and educate — teaching core principles like the Code of Ethics and Fair Housing not only strengthens our team but also builds trust within our communities. I’ve always believed that family first is a guiding value, and I bring that same dedication to supporting agents as I do to my own family life. Beyond the office, my personal passion for adventure—whether camping, hiking, or exploring new cultures—inspires me to approach real estate with curiosity and a fresh perspective. Coaching agents to navigate the complexities of the market and grow their businesses is fulfilling work, especially when combined with continuous learning about real estate trends, history, and leadership.
