Mr Wudger was fleeing violence in the city of Port au Prince and went back to the countryside of Les Cayes! While in Les Cayes he met Ilan with his wife and three kids living under a tarp! He made an appeal to those of us living abroad and the United States! The engineer lives in Haiti and built the house for free!
