Stylish jackets and vests made from upcycled vinta

This year I began working with Elizabeth at Country Peony to produce these one-of-a-kind garments. They started as quilts that are then transformed into these exclusive pieces that you can find in her Etsy shop and in-person at her studio near La Grange. From the patterns on the original quilts to how the final garments are meticulously constructed to create new designs, each jacket and vest are truly unique with their own character and style. This is just one of the limitless possibilities for upcycling to turn existing pieces into something entirely new and create a personalized wardrobe.
