Exploring Toulouse

For the second part of our vacation we ventured south to “the pink city” of Toulouse. It was our first time there and we absolutely loved it. The weather was beautiful and perfect for wandering the maze of streets to discover something new around every corner. We explored areas along the river, around the universities, in the city center, and along the perimeter to take in as much as we could and get a feel for the city. While we didn’t find as many people in Toulouse we really enjoyed our visit with each.

Fabrique Bazar - Armelle teaches sewing in the most charming backyard workshop and shared great insight into the local creative scene.

CartouCirc - A community thrift and recycling hub that collects, refurbishes, and redistributes clothing and household items. We even met costume designer @lys0rium there, and Michael picked up a cozy scarf.

Be sure to check out the other parts of the trip, and see everything together on the Ronkita blog at the link in profile or www.ronkita.biz/france25
