High protein dessert

Recipe for each bowl :

1/4 of coconut flour

2 tsp of pure maple syrup

1 tsp of oil (preferably an anti-inflammatory oil)

1/4 tbsp of baking soda

1 egg

To fluff it, add enough water or milk to your preference.

When all of the milk has been used, add 1 tsp of pure cocoa powder (dark chocolate), stir thoroughly, and pour into the bowls. You can add pumpkin puree.

Oven temperature: 356 degrees.
