Weekly prep to make healthy meals faster + easier!

Every weekend I take about an hour out of my day to meal prep these foods and they have helped me so much. I hated how regular meal prep has so little variety, so I started meal prepping ingredients instead so I could still have different foods everyday while still having healthy options to just grab and go. Having these foods on hand helps me make much healthier decisions because takeout and junk food is no longer more convenient, so I go down that route less and eat so much healthier!🥗
