Backyard Safari - February 1, 2026
It’s now February- late winter. The sparrows, Juncos and Jays have remained faithful residents throughout. The hummingbirds disappeared a couple weeks ago, and we haven’t seen the towhees in a few days now. The grosbeaks were gone back in September. I hope in a few weeks the weather will turn spring-like and bring back some of our migratory friends.#birdwatching
