smash leftover tots, add seasoning..... plz don't skimp .

add creamy soup; I used cream of mushroom but you can use whatever cream soup.

optional add ins I used the last slice of ham 😞 had and a sliver of onion and about half a cup of cheese.

(use what you like you can't mess this up unless you over salt it )

mix it all up and place in a greased pan. however much you have depends on the size pan. the bigger the pan the more time you'll need to add when cooking.

preheat #airfryer 350°F

top your casserole with eggs. salt and pepper the top and bake for 35 min or untill the clear part of the egg is fully turned white.

This recipe highlights how you can turn leftover tots into a creamy casserole by combining them with a can of cream soup such as cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, or cream of celery, which adds richness and moisture to the dish. Seasoning generously is important to enhance the flavor—consider using garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adding ingredients like diced ham, onions, or even leftover vegetables can boost the nutritional value and add texture. The casserole is assembled by mixing all ingredients and placing them in a greased baking pan. Topping the dish with cracked eggs and seasoning before baking at 350°F for approximately 35 to 45 minutes ensures the eggs fully set, creating a custard-like layer that binds the ingredients together. Adding cheese on top near the end or as a final topping before serving provides a deliciously melted, golden crust. Using an air fryer preheated to 350°F is an excellent option for a quicker cook time and a crispy texture. Letting the casserole cool for about 10 minutes before serving helps it set, making portions easier to cut and serve. This casserole is highly adaptable, encouraging home cooks to utilize whatever leftover ingredients they have on hand, avoiding waste and creating a comforting, hearty meal. It’s an excellent way to repurpose common leftover items while satisfying a crowd or family with minimal prep time. Additionally, casseroles like this are great for meal prepping and reheating for quick lunches or dinners throughout the week.
