Day 3 of 365: Reshaping My Temple
Verse of the Day: "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies". (Corinthians 6:19-20)

Dear Today,
Today, ya girl is BACK in the gym! 💪✨ Huge shoutout to my chiropractor for getting me back in shape—I felt like a brand new person! It’s been a minute since I last hit the gym (hello, last week of October 😅), and yes, I’ve gained those 15lbs back, but you know what? I’m embracing a new mindset and fresh motivation! 🌟
Working out today felt incredible; I could literally feel the stress melting away. I was hyped up listening to an amazing sermon by Pastor Mike McClure Jr.—his delivery of God’s word always inspires me! 🙌🏽
Today was a sign that I needed to be back in the gym, and I’m so glad I listened. Ended the workout with a rejuvenating session on the water massage table. Feeling blessed and ready to tackle this journey!
Sincerely,
Rose 🌹

Embracing a healthy lifestyle involves both physical and spiritual components. Many people find motivation through scripture, like Corinthians 6:19-20, which highlights the importance of treating our bodies as temples. To enhance your fitness journey, consider incorporating mindfulness practices that nurture your spirit alongside your physical efforts. For instance, discovering workouts that bring joy, such as dance or outdoor activities, can greatly improve your mental well-being. Additionally, staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet full of nourishing foods is crucial for fueling your workouts. Engaging with supportive communities online or at local gyms can also provide motivation and accountability. In five key areas—mental health, physical fitness, nutrition, community support, and spiritual growth—you can create a well-rounded approach to reshaping your temple. Remember to celebrate small victories along your journey to foster a positive mindset and inspire continual progress.
