Mental Health = Brain Health
What’s your thoughts? 🤔💭
Hi, I’m Rosi 💖
27 year Old Advocate for Mental Health here to support❣️
It’s been 3-4 years since I left my violent ex partner and everything behind and embrassed couch hopping (homeless).
I was blessed with my Life, My cat, and a few bags of clothes to start over wil and has since been living in Chicago.
Diagnosed with a list,
Anxiety
Depression
MDD
PTSD
er I guess now it’s CPTSD
During these 3-4 years of escaping and focusing on a recovery ❤️🩹 lifestyle, I personally felt like all of these mental illnesses were essentially, symptoms of 1 main problem.
Symptoms letting me know, my brain was not healthy, in fact, my brain was damaged.
.
When I started looking at mental health as BRAIN health, I found everything made more sense, and that if I focused on a lifestyle of recovery and healing the brain, why wouldn’t I be able to reverse these symptoms?
Well, 3-4 years since I started my journey with McT oils and DLPA and other numero transmitters and supplements….. I can say, I know it works..
Does that mean I’m cured? No.. the journey is just that… a journey. For the amount of recovery I managed to do though while being stalked by my violent ex for the first 2 years after escaping, I am proud and convinced McT Oil and neurotransmitters help reverse symptoms and has given me a much more calm, peaceful, livable life.. though there are still waves of episodes that crash down on trauma anniversaries and triggering events, I am not living as heavy, depressed, or as manic. And I honestly don’t remember when I last had a Panic attack actually, might have been winter 2022. I was in my apt, I have been away from him almost 2 years, but he was stalking me and earlier that week we passed right by each other, just inches away. And I knew I had to find something on him keep him away… after digging thru background checks, I found a LOT, including a secrete P.O. Box that had been following him the whole time we were together. So I feel a Panic attack was Valid. 😅💋
Proud of the progress and excited to hear what thoughts you have⭐️ Have any of you tried DLPA or MCT oil? If so, tell me what you thought! How long have you been taking it and what you felt from it🥰
I like to put my MCT oil in my Morning Coffee or with my Protein Shake
Lol if you want to know which brand I have been using for the past 4 years ⭐️💋

In recent years, the understanding of mental health has shifted significantly, emphasizing the importance of brain health. Many individuals are realizing that mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD can be symptoms stemming from an unhealthy brain. This recognition has led to a more holistic approach in treating mental health, focusing on nutrition and lifestyle changes that support brain function. MCT (Medium-Chain Triglyceride) oil has gained popularity as a dietary supplement for those experiencing mental health challenges. MCT oil is derived from coconut oil or palm kernel oil and is known for its rapid conversion into energy, which can support brain activity. It's also believed to have neuroprotective properties that may help in reducing symptoms associated with mental disorders. In addition, certain amino acids and neurotransmitters play crucial roles in mood regulation and cognitive function, making their supplementation potentially beneficial for those dealing with mental health issues. Moreover, integrating practices such as therapy, mindfulness, and regular exercise can complement dietary supplements, creating a well-rounded approach to mental wellness. As more research unfolds, the dialogue around brain health continues to evolve, empowering individuals to seek effective strategies for improving mental well-being.
