I don’t let

... Read moreIn today’s fast-paced world, it's rare to find meaningful connections that truly stand the test of time. I’ve always believed in being selective about who I let into my life because trust is earned, not given freely. Those few people who do get in are incredibly important, not just casual acquaintances but pillars of support and understanding. From personal experience, I’ve learned that maintaining a close-knit group enhances my emotional wellbeing. When you surround yourself with people who genuinely care, it creates a sense of safety and belonging. It also teaches you to appreciate the quality of relationships over quantity. Building and preserving these meaningful bonds requires intentional effort—consistent communication, empathy, and respect. I value honesty above all and feel that by limiting my social circle, I can invest more deeply in those connections that truly matter. Ultimately, this perspective has helped me avoid superficial relationships and foster stronger, more fulfilling ones. It’s not about isolation but about protecting your emotional space and nurturing those rare relationships where you feel truly valued and understood.
