Instead of using Pinterest or on this app, I used ChatGPT. You can either bake it or make it on the skillet. You don’t have to bake it, but it taste good either way.
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
- 3cups of pasta (cooked)
- 2 cups of veggies (I used 1 can of mixed vegetables)
- 2 cups of pasta sauce. (it works with any kind of sauce.)
– 2 cups of shredded cheese. (One cup to mix with the ground beef and pasta and one cup on top of the bakingpan if baking.)
- 1 small onion (I just grabbed regular onion that I’ve already diced up into the pan.)
– 2 garlic cloves (I used garlic salt since I don’t have the regular garlic)
Then added my regular seasoning to the ground beef while the pasta was boiling.
Directions:
Brown the ground beef while doing that boil your pasta I like to season the ground beef while it’s cooking so the seasoning is still in the pan then drain your pasta add the pasta to the ground beef mixture of the marinara the vegetables and makes it all together.
If you’re gonna bake it, put it in a 9 x 13 pan or whatever kind of pan as long as it’s long enough. But the other cup of shredded cheese sprinkle it on top. Bake it up 375 degrees to 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.

Incorporating 1 lb of ground beef with 3 cups of cooked pasta and 2 cups of mixed vegetables creates a balanced meal packed with protein, carbs, and nutrients. The use of 2 cups of pasta sauce—any variety works—adds robust flavor and moisture, complemented by the rich taste of 2 cups of shredded cheese split between mixing and topping the dish.
Adding diced onion and garlic (or garlic salt as a convenient substitute) enhances the aroma and depth of flavor, while seasonings such as Italian classics—highlighted in the OCR-extracted keywords "Italian garlic," "roasted garlic," and "black pepper"—can elevate the savory profile. These spices are commonly used in Italian seasoning blends like "Classico Italian" and add authentic taste to baked pasta dishes.
Cooking tips include browning the beef with seasoning first, which locks in flavor in the pan, then combining with drained pasta, marinara sauce, and vegetables for a cohesive mixture. Baking in a 9 x 13 pan for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly creates a delicious crust and melds all elements beautifully. Alternatively, preparing it entirely in a skillet offers a quicker option while still delivering great taste.
This meal is adaptable for various dietary preferences: swap ground beef for turkey or plant-based meat substitutes for lighter or vegetarian variations. Use fresh or frozen vegetables as available, and experiment with different cheeses—mozzarella or cheddar—for diverse flavor profiles.
For added nutrition, consider incorporating fresh herbs such as basil or parsley after baking, or sprinkling red pepper flakes for a hint of spice. This recipe balances ease, flavor, and flexibility, making it an excellent addition to your home-cooked meal repertoire.
