The Words by A. Jade (Romance)
This was just an ok read for me. I enjoyed it more once the time jump happened, even tho the MC's didn't seem to have too much growth in that time frame. There are parts that I really enjoyed, but also so many things that didn't work for me. I ended up liking some of the side characters more than I liked the MC's, I think both MC's flaws were just too much for me. It was great that the FMC wasn't the typical skinny girl/woman, I liked that she ended up working on herself and became healthier. I do wish that the story touched on her reason why she felt like she needed to fill a void with food. I did not think the MMC did enough to get in FMC's good graces and that he flip flopped way too much on how he treated her when he had no right. I think the epilogue could have been a little longer or maybe the time jump there should have been a little longer like maybe 4 months so we could see what actually happened not the direction it was going.
