This Weeks Hopefuls

I’m doing my reading a little differently this month 😅 I decided to try out using a wheel to pick what I’m reading for each hr or so that I read. Hopefully I’ll actually be able to finish a couple of these this week. Regardless of finishing though if I don’t finish The Reformatory I have to send that off to the next person and will have to pause that book until I get it off of Libby.

... Read moreI recently decided to spice up my reading routine by using a wheel to choose what I read every hour. This fun approach keeps things unpredictable and fresh, preventing the usual reading fatigue. Among my picks, 'Corrupt' by Penelope Douglas instantly grabbed my attention: it’s a gripping thriller packed with tension and intricate characters. What’s notable is that it’s available on Kindle Unlimited, making it easily accessible for avid readers like me. I also included 'Rewitched' by Lucy Jane Wood, a fantasy novel that I found enchanting with its magical themes and charming storytelling. One of the most anticipated books in my list is 'The Reformatory' by Tananarive Due, a suspenseful yet emotionally gripping novel. I’m trying to finish it before passing it on to a friend through Libby, a popular digital library app. If you enjoy books that blend horror, mystery, and social commentary, this is a must-read. Additionally, 'The Crescent Moon Tearoom' by Stacy Sivinski promises a cozy yet thrilling vibe, combining elements of fantasy and small-town charm. Finally, 'Final Girls' by Riley Sager offers a psychological thriller experience filled with twists and tension, perfect for late-night reading sessions. Using the wheel as a reading tool has made me more disciplined and excited to explore diverse genres. It’s a great way to curate a balanced reading list that includes thrillers, romance, and fantasy without the pressure of sticking to one book for too long. If you’re struggling to finish your reading list or want to add some fun to your reading habits, I highly recommend trying this method. Plus, exploring titles that are trending or available on platforms like Kindle Unlimited can help you find great stories without breaking the bank. Whether you love thrilling narratives, romantic escapades, or fantastical worlds, this approach provides variety and keeps your literary adventure lively. Happy reading!
