Diet is another big one – I make sure Roxy gets high-quality food appropriate for her age and activity level, which really helps keep her coat shiny and her energy up. Regular vet check-ups are also super important to catch any potential health issues early, as some bully breeds can be prone to certain conditions, like hip or elbow dysplasia. Finding a reputable breeder who health tests their dogs is a crucial first step if you're looking to welcome one of these amazing pups into your home. What I particularly love about the American Bully is their incredible family-oriented nature. Roxy is truly a part of our family; she's great with kids and other pets, provided she's been properly introduced and socialized.
