MTS Nutrition non-stimulant preworkout, 5/10

5/10

2025/4/28 Edited to

... Read moreHey everyone! So, if you're like me, you're always on the hunt for a pre-workout that actually delivers. I recently gave MTS Nutrition Vasky Non-Stimulant Pump Inducer a solid try, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts, especially since it only got a 5/10 from me initially. When I first heard about Vasky, I was intrigued by the 'non-stimulant' aspect. Sometimes you just don't want that caffeine jitters, but still crave that amazing pump during your workout. That's exactly what this product promises. Let's dive into what's inside. The label proudly highlights its main players: 3g of Taurine, 2g of HydroMax Glycerol, and 1.5g of Nitrosigine. Plus, a little bonus of 100mg of Vitamin C. For those who aren't super familiar with these, Taurine is often included for its potential role in hydration and muscle function. HydroMax Glycerol is a popular ingredient for hyperhydration, which can contribute to fuller, more vascular pumps. And Nitrosigine is a patented complex of arginine and silicon, known for boosting nitric oxide levels for improved blood flow and muscle pumps. On paper, these ingredients sound fantastic for achieving that 'pump inducer' effect. My experience with MTS Nutrition Vasky was a bit mixed, hence the 5/10 rating. I typically take one scoop (which contains 10 calories, by the way) about 20-30 minutes before hitting the gym. I found the taste to be decent, but that’s not really why we buy these, right? What I was really looking for was that noticeable increase in blood flow and muscle fullness. Some days, I felt a mild, subtle pump, especially during high-rep sets. It wasn't the insane, skin-splitting pump I sometimes get from other products, but it was there. Other days, however, it felt like it didn't do much at all. It's hard to pinpoint exactly why the inconsistency, but it definitely impacted my overall impression. One of the biggest advantages, of course, is that it's non-stimulant. This makes it perfect for evening workouts or for stacking with a separate stimulant if you want to customize your pre-workout experience. I appreciate not having to worry about sleep disruption or feeling over-stimulated. If you're sensitive to caffeine or simply want a product solely focused on pumps and blood flow, Vasky could be an option. However, for me, the impact wasn't quite strong enough to make it a must-have in my supplement stack every single time. So, who is this for? If you're a beginner looking to try a non-stimulant pump product without the intensity of a stim pre-workout, or if you're on a budget and catch it on sale, it might be worth a shot. But if you’re a seasoned lifter chasing those epic, vein-popping pumps, you might find yourself wanting a little more 'oomph'. While the ingredient profile seems solid, my personal results were just okay. It’s certainly not a bad product, but it didn't blow me away. Always remember to consider your own body's response and fitness goals when trying new supplements!
