Staying hydrated helped reduce hunger pangs and improved my energy levels during exercise. Movement became non-negotiable—not just intense workouts but any physical activity that got me moving, whether it was a walk or stretching sessions. This mindset prevented excuses from taking hold. It's also important to recognize that progress is not always visible immediately. There were many days when the scale remained stubbornly still, which tested my patience and confidence. However, I focused on how I felt and my improved stamina rather than just the number on the scale. The mental discipline to trust the process, ignoring doubt and impulsive thinking, was crucial. Throughout this journey, social support and sharing progress in communities like #gymtok and #consistencyiskey helped maintain accountability and inspiration.
