Say you can save this part of your budget by using your YouTrip / Visa card to eat, travel, shopping. ‼️
We went for 5 days to exchange cash to 2000HKD. I really want to exchange it for 1000HKD. But I'm afraid to exchange it first. And the Octopus card, we borrowed the seniors but didn't top up the money to use it. Because I think I can use the card. I want to tell everyone who is going to recommend the YouTrip card. It's easy to use to hold a few cards.

💢✨ the disadvantage of the Visa card is that it charges Fx rate, which will cost 2.5% more money. But if YouTrip is to redeem money at any rate, it can be used. Not enough, it can be redeemed.
ใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “ชาเวียดนาม” เพราะอยากลองตอนเที่ยวฮ่องกง เราว่ามันเป็นเมนูที่เจอบ่อยกว่าที่คิด โดยเฉพาะโซนร้านอาหารเวียดนาม/ฟู้ดคอร์ท หรือร้านที่มีเมนูเครื่องดื่มแนวชา-นม-กาแฟอยู่แล้ว รสชาติจะออกหอมชา เบา ๆ ไม่หวานจัด (แต่ส่วนใหญ่เลือกความหวานได้) แล้วมักเสิร์ฟเย็น ดื่มง่ายมาก เหมาะกับวันที่เดินจนเหนื่อย สิ่งที่เราใช้เป็นหลักคือแตะจ่ายด้วย YouTrip/Visa เลยอยากแชร์ว่าซื้อชาเวียดนามด้วยบัตรได้ไหม: ส่วนมาก “ร้านดัง ๆ” หรือร้านในห้าง/ย่านท่องเที่ยวจะรับบัตรเกือบหมด เราแตะจ่ายได้สบาย ๆ ข้อดีของ YouTrip คือเรทแลกเงินชัดเจนกว่า ไม่โดนชาร์จ Fx rate แบบบัตรเครดิตบางใบ (ที่อาจเพิ่มราว 2–2.5%) ดังนั้นถ้าตั้งใจจะกินชาเวียดนามหรือเครื่องดื่มหลายแก้ว แนะนำแลก HKD ไว้ใน YouTrip แล้วแตะจ่ายไปเลย จะคุมงบง่าย เวลา “สั่งยังไง” ให้ได้แก้วที่ชอบ เราแนะนำดู 4 อย่างนี้ก่อนจ่าย: 1) ระดับหวาน: ถ้าไม่แน่ใจเริ่มที่ 30–50% เพราะบางร้านทำหวานกว่าที่คิด 2) น้ำแข็ง: ถ้าจะเดินถ่ายรูปนาน ๆ เลือกน้ำแข็งน้อย รสจะไม่จืดเร็ว 3) ท็อปปิ้ง: ถ้ามีไข่มุก/วุ้น แนะนำเลือกอย่างเดียวพอ จะไม่กลบรสชา 4) ขนาดแก้ว: ถ้าเห็นราคาใกล้กันมาก ให้ดูออนซ์/มล. บางร้านไซซ์ใหญ่ต่างกันเยอะ เรื่องราคา “โดยประสบการณ์เรา” ชาเวียดนามในฮ่องกงมักอยู่ช่วงประมาณ 20–45 HKD แล้วแต่ทำเลและท็อปปิ้ง ถ้าอยู่แถวแลนด์มาร์กหรือในโซนท่องเที่ยว ราคาจะขยับขึ้นนิดหน่อย แต่ถ้าเป็นร้านเล็ก ๆ แถวชุมชนจะคุ้มกว่า ทริคเล็ก ๆ สำหรับคนไม่ได้ใช้ Octopus แบบเรา: พกเงินสดติดไว้สักหน่อยเผื่อเจอร้าน/รถบัสบางสายที่ไม่รับ YouTrip (เราเคยเจอตอนกลับจาก Repulse Bay) แต่สำหรับการซื้อชาเวียดนาม ร้านส่วนใหญ่แตะจ่ายได้อยู่แล้ว สุดท้ายถ้าไปฮ่องกงหลายวัน ลองจดชื่อร้าน/เมนูที่ชอบไว้ในมือถือ เพราะบางครั้งคำว่า “ชาเวียดนาม” ในเมนูอาจเขียนต่างกัน (ร้านหนึ่งเรียก Vietnamese Tea อีกที่เป็น House Tea) จดไว้จะสั่งซ้ำได้ง่ายมาก
